Upgrade

The site is migrating to a new host and upgrading from pmachine to expressionengine.

I have also started updating the design, although it still uses a painting by O’Keefe - thats tradition now smile

Let me know if anything is missing or broken, I know theres still quite a bit of polishing to be done….
